* You should exercise for 20 minutes atleast 3 times a week.
* Change your drinking, eating, and sleeping habits:
* Sleep 6 to 8 hours per night
* Quit caffeine and alcohol
* Talk to positive minded people, listen to music, play with cards.
* Learn to say no in uncomfortable situations
* Develop and maintain an attitude that things will work out
* Ask for help when the load is to much to work out.
